Welcome to WCRM ("we", "our", or "us"). We operate WCRM, a private Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and automation suite designed to help business owners manage conversations, campaign broadcasts, and pipeline workflows using the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

We value the privacy of our users and their customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our software suite.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our service, we collect and process information necessary to link your account to Meta Developer Apps and manage conversations:

  • Configuration Credentials: When you connect your WhatsApp Developer Account, we collect credentials such as your Facebook App ID, App Secret, WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), and System Access Tokens.
  • Customer Interaction Logs: We temporarily buffer and sync message metadata, templates, and contact files to enable pipeline stages, broadcasting, and chat list displays.
  • Account Information: We store basic profile data (Full Name, email, and password hashes) using Firebase Authentication for secure workspace access.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process data solely to execute the functional operations of your CRM workspace:

  • To connect with the official Meta Graph API / WhatsApp Business Cloud API for sending and receiving messages.
  • To synchronize message templates approved by Meta for campaigns.
  • To render real-time customer conversations in your WCRM Chat Dashboard.
  • To authenticate workspace users and secure sensitive data.

4. Sharing & Meta Platforms API Integration

WCRM uses the official Meta Developer APIs to manage customer records and dispatch communications:

Zero Third-Party Selling: We do not sell, trade, or distribute your customer database or contact records to any third-party marketing entities. All interaction data remains securely hosted in your private database workspace.

API Access Delegation: By adding your Meta Access Token and credentials, you grant WCRM permission to interact with Meta Graph API endpoints on your behalf to fetch templates, query message statuses, and execute automated campaign runs.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your credentials and data. The WCRM platform is configured with restricted Firestore Security Rules and server-side encryption to ensure that workspace information is inaccessible to unauthorized third parties.
